Video and audio are encrypted in transit and relayed live through Cloudflare's realtime network. The host chooses when recording starts. Saved recordings are automatically deleted after a period of time to reduce server costs. You can export them or delete them sooner. Active AI features process audio through OpenAI for Milo or transcription.
