Your clients never pay
Guests join with one link, on every plan, including the free one. No account, no seat, no invoice with their name on it.
For facilitators & coaches
A video room built on the talking-stick method, for people whose work is holding a group. Your clients join free, with one link and no account.
What you can promise your group
Guests join with one link, on every plan, including the free one. No account, no seat, no invoice with their name on it.
It opens in a browser. No download, no plugin, and no ten minutes lost at the start of a session.
Recording, transcription and any AI participant start off. The room shows everyone when one is on.
For supervision and other rooms where nothing may leave, there is a tier with no AI, no transcript and no exception.
A session, start to finish
Name it, choose sunwise, earthwise or open flow, set a turn timer if the group needs one. Everything you would otherwise explain out loud is already decided.
Your clients open it and they are in. If somebody is on a phone with no email, the six-digit code works just as well.
The stick is visible, the turn is obvious, and nobody has to be told the rules twice. There is almost nothing left to operate once it starts.
Questions, answered
Yes, on the paid plans. A named room keeps its link, so a group that meets monthly always arrives at the same address.
The room explains itself: one person visibly holds the stick and everyone can see whose turn it is. In practice the first round is the explanation.
Only if you invite it. Nothing transcribes, records or listens until you turn it on, and while it is on the room can see that it is. There is also a plan where none of it can be switched on at all.
From the Practitioner plan upwards, yes — parallel rooms are what that tier is for. Below it you host one circle at a time.

Your practice, your room
Hosting needs a free account — that is the only step. Your clients never do: one link, and they are in.
