Can I keep the same room for a group that meets regularly?+
Yes, on the paid plans. A named room keeps its link, so a group that meets monthly always arrives at the same address.
What if a client has never sat in a circle before?+
The room explains itself: one person visibly holds the stick and everyone can see whose turn it is. In practice the first round is the explanation.
Do I need to tell my clients anything about AI?+
Only if you invite it. Nothing transcribes, records or listens until you turn it on, and while it is on the room can see that it is. There is also a plan where none of it can be switched on at all.
Can I run two groups at once?+
From the Practitioner plan upwards, yes — parallel rooms are what that tier is for. Below it you host one circle at a time.
