The visible talking stick shows who has the speaking turn. Pass it to the next person after you finish. Passing the stick mutes your microphone by default; you can unmute yourself when you need to speak.
If the speaker disconnects, the stick returns to the shared center after fifteen seconds. Use your first round to practice taking turns.
